Commercial Observer, the leading commercial real estate publication in the nation, is looking for a commercial real estate reporter to cover the South Florida market, with a focus on the Greater Miami area. 

Responsibilities: 

The ideal candidate will be eager to delve into the real estate deals that are shaping the area, as well as profiling the executives and trends that are transforming the market. The beat includes everything from investment sales and development deals to office and retail leasing. 

Requirements: 

• Candidates should be comfortable writing one to two articles per day, 

• Articles can consist of both breaking news and feature pieces. 

This is a freelance position with the potential to transform into a full-time role. Compensation is competitive.
