SALES MARKETING COORDINATOR

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will spearhead lead generation efforts, manage partnerships, support email and digital marketing initiatives, and provide analytical insights to optimize sales and marketing outreach. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Generation:

• Evaluate inbound inquiries and allocate to sales representatives to drive qualified leads and foster new business opportunities.

• Maintain updated lead statuses in Salesforce to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.

• Conduct research to compile targeted lists for sales and marketing outreach.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams on lead generation tasks.

Partnerships:

• Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships to assess new partners, finalize agreements, and input partnership data into Salesforce.

• Coordinate with the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team to ensure the fulfillment of barter agreements.

Audience Development:

• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify targets for audience expansion.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Events teams to create and optimize content for specific target audiences.

Email & Digital Marketing:

• Project manage email campaigns by liaising with Marketing, Sales, and Events teams.

• Coordinate with Marketing and RevOps teams to oversee digital marketing campaigns related to key features, ensuring creation and distribution of promotional and sponsor assets across web, email, and social media platforms.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Generate reports on the performance of promotional and lead generation campaigns to optimize sales and marketing outreach strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data reporting medium.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.

• Excellent project management and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

• Flexibility and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software.

  • Proficiency with GMass mail merge, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Sailthru, or similar email marketing software.

SALARY RANGE: $40,000 - $50,000 per year (based on experience and skills)
