Part-Time: Reporter
Washington, D.C.

Commercial Observer, New York’s leading commercial real estate publication, is looking for a part-time commercial real estate reporter to cover the Washington, D.C. market. 

We are looking for someone who is eager to delve into everything about Washington, D.C., and the surrounding areas, from its office leasing, to investment sales, to retail, to design and construction, to the players involved. While previous reporting experience about the industry is not essential, we’re looking for someone with a minimum of three years experience as a reporter. (A business background is preferred.) Candidates should be comfortable writing four to five news items per week, and a feature story every two weeks. 

The position is three days per week.
