Breaking News Reporter

Commercial Observer, New York's leading commercial real estate publication, is looking for a Breaking News Reporter. 

Responsibilities include reporting a daily stream of news on CO's website about commercial real estate in New York City, Los Angeles, Washington D.C. and Miami. The position requires a minimum of six stories per day.

Skill Requirements: 

• Applicants should show a hunger for scoops 

• Speed in getting stories up on the web as quickly and accurately as possible 

• Creativity in coming to stories from unique perspectives and an ability to juggle multiple deadlines 

Candidates are expected to work out of Commercial Observer’s New York City office a minimum of three days per week. 

Compensation range - $60K to $70K per year
