In this role, you will be selling directly to the industry’s leading commercial real estate decision-makers and trend setters. It's a perfect position for someone who wants to meet industry heavyweights, work in a dynamic environment and be involved in how the cities of tomorrow are shaped, rebuilt and funded.
Key responsibilities:
Lead seller for B2B marketing solutions, advertising, sponsorships and lead gen -- online, print, virtual and in-person events
Grow revenue and expand product line by proposing scalable new client solutions -- data solutions/products, information services, etc.
Consultative sales with clients, always focused on their goals and ROI to shape appropriate programs
Qualifications:
Proven ability to grow book of business and exceed goals
Comfortable with complex, ROI-driven consultative sales
3+ years of sales experience
B2B data sales and information services sales a plus
Experience in commercial real estate industry a plus
