Account Coordinator 

Location: New York, NY 

Summary:  

Commercial Observer, the leading multi-platform commercial real estate media company, is hiring an  Account Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with some of the world’s most important and influential commercial real estate companies and their mission critical digital marketing initiatives. You will report on and analyze campaign performance, and generally manage the post and pre sale relationship. 

Account Coordinator  

In this role, you'll develop and oversee the marketing strategies of our clients to ensure that their goals are met. You will also act as the primary point of contact between our clients and the company. 

To ensure success as an account coordinator, you should be a sociable, creative individual with the ability to interpret a client's digital needs with white glove service and approach to internal and external client teams. 

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust

  • Reviews, analyzes and makes optimization recommendations to clients on digital marketing  campaigns (ads, sponsored content, etc.) to ensure client goals are achieved 

  • Works directly with clients and Revenue Operation team on optimizations

  • Creates clean, easy-to-understand monthly/as needed reports for clients 

  • Develops and maintains working relationships with key contacts and team members in all  functional areas 

  • Communicates, collects, traffics both ads and ad proofs from a series of clients to ensure successful execution of advertising campaigns 

  • Maximize client's marketing needs: strategy, audience, objective and ROI expectation 

  • Stays abreast of industry innovations and best practices to ensure we provide clients with  best-in-class service, advice and solutions 

Qualifications

  • Project management and client facing experience 

  • Preferred: Knowledge of ad servers, DMPs and Salesforce  

  • Client focus and white glove approach to accounts and internal team 

  • Advanced communication, presentation, analytical and organizational skills  • Proven ability to manage projects in a changing, fast-paced environment 

  • Strong analytical skills -- must be able to quickly pull, sort, manipulate and analyze data to  spot trends and opportunities 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills -- must be able to clearly communicate  results and recommendations with clients and internal teams 

  • Preferred: Digital ad operations experience

Compensation Range - $30K - $50K per year
